The Attributes of God

Helping Children Know the God of the Bible

For children to stay rooted in faith, they must know God as He reveals Himself in Scripture—not just as they imagine or hear from others. Ground your kids in your ministry in a true, biblical understanding of God.

What's Covered in Foundation Attributes of God Curriculum?

The Attributes of God Curriculum offers 25 carefully designed lessons that help young children understand who God is. Each lesson uses repetition, games, and thought-provoking questions to make complex truths accessible.

  • Lessons 1–13: Incommunicable Attributes
Explore the qualities that belong only to God, such as His self-existence, infinity, and immutability.

  • Lessons 14–25: Communicable Attributes
Learn about attributes God shares with us, like justice, mercy, and holiness.

Every three lessons follow a clear pattern—two lessons introduce God’s attributes, and the third shows how we should respond. This structure helps children recognize and reject false ideas about God they encounter, even within Christian contexts.
