Part-Time Position | Remote
School Sales & Partnerships Representative
Foundation Worldview is seeking a part-time School Sales Representative to help Christian schools discover and successfully implement our Christian worldview curriculum.
Foundation Worldview creates curriculum and resources designed to equip children to carefully evaluate every idea they encounter and understand the truth of the Christian worldview. As we continue to grow our work with Christian schools, we are looking for someone who believes deeply in our mission, enjoys building genuine relationships, and has a natural ability to understand people's needs and help them see the value of resources that could serve them well.
About the Role
The School Sales Representative will work approximately 5–10 hours per week, connecting with Christian schools that may benefit from Foundation Worldview curriculum.
This is a relationship-focused sales role. We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to deliver a sales pitch. We are looking for someone who listens well, asks thoughtful questions, understands the needs of individual schools, communicates clearly how our curriculum can meet those needs, and follows up graciously and persistently.
Because building relationships with schools often takes time, this position includes an hourly base rate in addition to commission. We want our representative to focus on understanding and serving schools well rather than feeling pressure to make a quick sale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and following up with school leads already acquired by Foundation Worldview
- Identifying and developing new leads among Christian schools
- Building relationships with school administrators, curriculum directors, and other decision-makers
- Providing virtual product demonstrations and answering questions about Foundation Worldview curriculum
- Helping prospective schools determine which resources best fit their needs
- Following up consistently with interested schools throughout the decision-making process
- Supporting schools after they purchase our curriculum and helping ensure they have a positive experience
- Keeping accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and the status of prospective school customers
- Sharing feedback from schools with the Foundation Worldview team to help us better understand and serve the Christian school market
Who We're Looking For
Previous sales experience is valued but not required. While we welcome applicants with a background in sales, we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong natural sales instincts and the relational qualities needed to succeed in this role.
The right person will:
- Be an excellent listener who seeks to understand before recommending a solution
- Ask thoughtful questions and have an intuitive ability to recognize the needs and concerns of others
- Communicate with warmth, kindness, professionalism, and confidence
- Be persistent and comfortable following up multiple times without becoming pushy
- Be comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with people they do not already know
- Be able to clearly and persuasively communicate the value of a product they believe in
- Be adaptable and able to tailor conversations and demonstrations to the needs of individual schools
- Be organized, dependable, and consistent in managing leads and follow-up
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time role
- Genuinely believe in Foundation Worldview's mission and products and be enthusiastic about helping Christian schools equip their students with a biblical worldview
Previous experience in sales, Christian education, curriculum, customer relations, fundraising, ministry, or another relationship-focused role would be a plus, but is not required.
What Success Looks Like
We want schools to come away from every interaction with Foundation Worldview feeling listened to, respected, and well served—whether or not they ultimately make a purchase.
Success in this position means developing trusted relationships with Christian schools, consistently and thoughtfully following up with prospective customers, helping schools understand how Foundation Worldview curriculum can serve their students, and ultimately increasing the number of schools successfully using our resources.
Position Details
- Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, although some availability during normal school/business hours will be necessary for calls and demonstrations
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $25/hour, plus 10% commission on purchases from school accounts managed by the School Sales Representative, including both initial and repeat purchases.

If you enjoy building relationships, naturally listen for and understand the needs of others, and are excited about helping Christian schools equip the next generation to think biblically, we would love to hear from you.
